\"Raffinerie <\/p>\n

Die polnische Regierung hat die Raffinerie in Danzig (Gda\u0144sk) unter besonderen Schutz der staatlichen Kontrollorgane gestellt. Das Unternehmen wurde auf die Regierungsliste der Unternehmen mit strategischer Bedeutung gesetzt. Damit soll das Risiko eines unkontrollierten Verkaufs elliminiert werden. Die Ma\u00dfnahme erfolgte in Reaktion auf die gro\u00dfen Kontroversen auf den Verkauf eines Teils der Raffinerie an den saudiarabischen Konzern Saudi Aramco. Im Rahmen der kartellrechtlichen Auflagen f\u00fcr die \u00dcbernahme des staatlich kontrollierten Mineral\u00f6lkonzerns Lotos durch den Polnischen Mineral\u00f6lkonzers PKN Orlen wurden im vergangenen Jahr 30 Prozent der Unternehmens-Anteile an der Lotos-Raffinerie in Danzig an die Saudis verkauft. In den Medien wurde jetzt der Vorwurf erhoben, dass der Verkauf an die Saudis nicht mit den Sicherheits-Interessen Polens abgeglichen wurde. Saudi Aramco habe den polnischen Beh\u00f6rden nicht seine Verbindungen zu russischen Energiekonzernen offengelegt. <\/p>\n
