Das Finanzministerium hat eine Sammlung von Fragen und Antworten zum Nationalen E-Rechnungssystem (KSeF) ver\u00f6ffentlicht, die \u00fcber 100 Fragen und Antworten umfasst. Diese Themen sind thematisch gegliedert und betreffen unter anderem Konsultationen f\u00fcr das Jahr 2024, Befugnisse, Genehmigungsverfahren, Systemstruktur, Methoden zur \u00dcbertragung von Dokumenten, Rechnungsstellungverfahren, Verpflichtungen im Zusammenhang mit KSeF, sowie technische Aspekte.<\/p>\n

Finanzminister Andrzej Doma\u0144ski hat best\u00e4tigt, dass das Nationale E-Rechnungssystem (KSeF) definitiv eingef\u00fchrt wird. Das Finanzministerium hat einen Konsultationsplan zu den rechtlichen und funktionalen Aspekten des KSeF-Systems angek\u00fcndigt. Der Zeitraum zwischen April und Mai wird f\u00fcr Analysen und Audits genutzt, die darauf abzielen, ein neues Datum f\u00fcr die verpflichtende Nutzung von KSeF festzulegen. Zus\u00e4tzlich sind intensive Schulungen in jedem der 400 Finanz\u00e4mter geplant, die durch eine Informationskampagne und eine spezielle Hotline f\u00fcr Unternehmer, die auf Probleme sto\u00dfen, unterst\u00fctzt werden.<\/p>\n

Einige Unternehmer haben bereits Mittel in die Vorbereitung auf die Nutzung von KSeF investiert. Das Finanzministerium hat daher zugesichert, dass geplante \u00c4nderungen auch im Hinblick auf die Kosten f\u00fcr Unternehmer betrachtet werden.
