{"id":14637,"date":"2024-04-26T07:17:47","date_gmt":"2024-04-26T06:17:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hlb-poland.global\/?p=14637"},"modified":"2024-04-29T07:24:40","modified_gmt":"2024-04-29T06:24:40","slug":"das-neue-inkrafttretungsdatum-des-nationalen-e-rechnungssystems-ksef","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hlb-poland.global\/de\/das-neue-inkrafttretungsdatum-des-nationalen-e-rechnungssystems-ksef\/","title":{"rendered":"Das neue Inkrafttretungsdatum des Nationalen E-Rechnungssystems (KSeF)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-7323 global-commitment-globe img-fluid\" style=\"margin-bottom: 50px;\" src=\"https:\/\/hlb-poland.global\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/Das-neue-Inkrafttretungsdatum-des-Nationalen-E-Rechnungssystems-KSeF.jpg\" alt=\"Das neue Inkrafttretungsdatum des Nationalen E-Rechnungssystems (KSeF)\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Das Finanzministerium gab in einer Pressekonferenz mit dem Finanzminister Andrzej Doma\u0144ski und dem Leiter der Nationalen Steuerverwaltung Marcin \u0141oboda die neuen Implementierungsdaten des Nationalen E-Rechnungssystems (KSeF) bekannt.<\/p>\n<p>Das Nationale E-Rechnungssystem wird ab folgenden Daten obligatorisch sein:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"bold\">1 Februar 2026<\/span> \u2013 f\u00fcr Unternehmen mit einem Umsatz von \u00fcber 200 Millionen PLN im vorangegangenen Steuerjahr<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"bold\">1 April 2026<\/span> \u2013 f\u00fcr alle anderen Unternehmer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ein wesentlicher Faktor bei der Festlegung des neuen Inkrafttretungsdatums des KSeF war das Ergebnis der durchgef\u00fchrten Systempr\u00fcfung. Minister Doma\u0144ski \u00e4u\u00dferte die Meinung, dass die Arbeit am KSeF-System von Grund auf neu beginnen m\u00fcsse. \u201eDie 350 Seiten der Pr\u00fcfung lassen keinen Raum f\u00fcr Illusionen, dass eine L\u00e4hmung der polnischen Wirtschaft drohte. Hinter dieser L\u00e4hmung standen Handlungen oder das Fehlen angemessener Ma\u00dfnahmen unserer Vorg\u00e4nger. Die technische Analyse ergab, dass die qualitativen und Leistungsanforderungen nicht erf\u00fcllt wurden. Die Tests f\u00fcr die Rechnungserstellung kamen nicht einmal ann\u00e4hernd an die erwartete Leistung heran\u201c, sagte er.<\/p>\n<p>Die Information \u00fcber das neue obligatorische Implementierungsdatum des Nationalen E-Rechnungssystems ist besonders wichtig f\u00fcr Unternehmer, Buchhalter und IT-Unternehmen. Einige Unternehmer haben bereits mit den Vorbereitungen zur Erf\u00fcllung der Anforderungen f\u00fcr die Rechnungsstellung im System begonnen, was bedeutet, dass die derzeit verwendeten Systeme an die neue Version des KSeF angepasst werden m\u00fcssen. Marcin \u0141oboda, Leiter der KAS, betonte, dass sie bestrebt sein werden, so wenig wie m\u00f6glich in die Systeme derjenigen Unternehmer einzugreifen, die bereits mit den Vorbereitungen begonnen haben.<\/p>\n<p>Gem\u00e4\u00df dem aktuellen Gesetz soll die Pflicht zur Ausstellung strukturierter Rechnungen \u00fcber das Nationale E-Rechnungssystem am 1. Juli 2024 in Kraft treten.
