wir laden Sie herzlich zum Treffen im Kreis von Experten: Unternehmern, Vertretern von Private Equity Fonds und M&A-Beratern ein. Im Rahmen der zweiten Auflage des M&A-Day, der mit Unterst\u00fctzung des Instituts f\u00fcr Familienbusiness und der Deutsch-Polnischen Industrie- und Handelskammer veranstaltet wird, findet eine offene Diskussion \u00fcber M&A-Transaktionen als Alternative f\u00fcr die Unternehmensnachfolge in einem Familienunternehmen statt.<\/p>\n

Von Experten aus Deutschland, \u00d6sterreich und der Schweiz erfahren wir, wie die M&A-Transaktionen als Alternative f\u00fcr die Unternehmensnachfolge durch Unternehmer aus diesen L\u00e4ndern betrachtet werden.<\/p>\n

W\u00e4hrend des Treffens wird jeder Teilnehmer eine einmalige M\u00f6glichkeit haben eigene Erfahrungen dar\u00fcber auszutauschen, ob die Unternehmensnachfolge eines Familienunternehmens ein Impuls zur M&A-Aktion sein kann. Im Rahmen kurzer Praxis-Sitzungen besprechen wir die Erstellungsmethoden und Zielsetzung von Legal Due Diligence-Berichten sowie die Methoden einer wirksamen Versicherung der Transaktion.
