Neuroatypicality refers to the different ways in which the human brain processes information, communicates and perceives stimuli. HLB Global has also developed a practical toolkit, ‘Different Minds, Stronger Teams,’ to support the implementation of neuroinclusion in organisations. The toolkit is available here.
