The package of laws under the anti-crisis shield have come into force.
On 31st March 2020, the Journal of Laws published and thus entered into force a package of laws under the so-called ‘Anti-Crisis Shield’. On the 16th April 2020 a new law was already passed called ’Anti-Crisis Shield 2.0’, which introduced many changes.
We would like to provide you with an up-to-date summary of the measures introduced by the Polish government with regard to the Corona crisis. This summary was prepared by our law partner sdzlegal Schindhelm and has been kindly made available to us for forwarding. The solutions applicable under the anti-crisis shield 1.0. are marked in black. The changes and additions contained in the anticrisis shield 2.0. are marked in red.
